I recently attended a couple of workshops about weight loss and sleep led by Minal. The workshops were very informative and helpful, and I learned a lot about how to lose weight and keep it off. 

One of the most important things I learned was that sleep is essential for weight loss. When we don't get enough sleep, makes us feel hungry.  Cause overeating and weight gain.

Minal also talked about the importance of eating healthy food and exercising regularly. She gave us a lot of tips on how to make healthy changes to our lifestyle.
