I have always struggled with my weight. I barely consume calories &

carbs but couldn't manage to lose weight. When I reached out to Minal,

I was very frustrated, tried many different diet plans, and failed.

Minal asked me about my eating habits, workout routine, health issues

if any, and concerns. She then came up with a customized plan for me,

explaining everything in detail. Gave me alternative options per my

needs. Explained why certain food was included in the diet and

the importance of it. Every day she would reach out to me to know my

progress, to encourage me, and to motivate me for the next day. I

managed to lose the weight I wanted to see and was able to maintain it
